CIO / COO (for SME Equity Investments)	Mumbai	Banking	CAs / MBAs with 8-12 years relevant experience.  The incumbent should have proven expertise in the area of venture capital / private equity financing with particular focus on small and mid-corporates.  The candidate should also have a thorough understanding of the taxation, regulatory and legal aspects of venture fund activity in India and abroad. The candidate should have a fair understanding of the emerging opportunities in SME space.   The incumbent would need to build a 12-15 member team and build a portfolio of assets across India in the emerging sectors to the order of Rs 40 billion in phases.   The key responsibility will be to build a portfolio of investments in SME space through equity and equity-liked instruments so as to achieve a targeted return on investment for an SME Venture Fund being proposed by the Group.
3.	Head, Funds Development & Sales	Kuwait	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 7-10 years experience in Local (Kuwaiti) & GCC Equity Market with minimum 3-5 years experience in Funds Management and Development with a leading regional bank / investment house.
4.	Executive Risk Manager - Investments	Kuwait	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 7-10 years experience in International Equity preferably GCC – Equity Research, Mutual Funds etc. The incumbent will proactively manage risks in investment activities e.g. Proprietary Investments / Private Equity / Alternative Investments / New Business initiatives (e.g. Real Estate Offerings / Corporate Advisory) etc.
5.	Manager / Chief Manager – Institutional Investments	Mumbai (may be moved to international locations in future)	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 3-5 years experience in Investment Banking. The responsibility will be to develop business with institutional clients in equity linked products, real estate investments, private equity investments, etc.
6.	Executive Director, Real Estate Development	Bahrain	Real Estate Investment Firm	MBAs / CFAs with at least 10 years significant regional and international experience in Investment Banking / Real Estate. The responsibility will entail managing the Real Estate Development Team comprising of Directors, Principals and Associates, identifying and packaging real estate development investment opportunities, developing real estate investment products and analyzing markets to assess opportunities and risks.
7.	Executive Director, Private Equity and Corporate Finance	Bahrain	Real Estate Investment Firm	MBAs/ CFAs with at least 10 years experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. The role will be to manage the structuring and execution of complex Private Equity and Corporate Finance products including detailed financial analysis, valuation, deal negotiation and transaction execution within and outside the real estate valuation chain. It would also entail analyzing macro and micro economic opportunities and risks inherent in specific countries, industries and companies. The incumbent will manage and act as a coach to a team of directors and principals.
8.	Director – Income Generation	Bahrain	Real Estate Investment Firm	MBAs / CFAs with 6-8 years experience in financial instruments and markets. The role will be to structure and execute complex income (fixed or floating) generating investments using real estate related assets ( particularly in international markets) including detailed financial analysis, deal negotiation and transaction execution.
9.	Principal, Real Estate Investment	Bahrain	Real Estate Investment Firm	MBAs / CFAs with 4-7 years experience in Investment Banking / Real Estate. The incumbent will be a member of investment structuring unit responsible for identifying and structuring real estate development investment opportunities including detailed financial analysis, deal negotiation and transaction execution.
10.	Associate – Real Estate Development	Bahrain	Real Estate Investment Firm	MBAs / CFAs with 3 years experience in analyzing commercial real estate transactions. The role will be to support the real estate development team in analyzing credit worthiness of a real estate investment opportunity.
11.	Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager / Chief Manager – Investment Banking	Mumbai	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 7-15 years experience in Corporate Finance / Corporate Banking / Investment Banking.
12.	Associate Director – Corporate Finance and Syndications, Investment Banking	Dubai	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 8-10 years experience in Corporate Banking / Corporate Finance. The candidate would have the capability to structure solutions for complex debt capital raising requirements either bilaterally or by playing a lead role in loan syndications and fixed income instruments.
13.	Associate Director – Real Estate	Dubai	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 8-10 years relevant experience. The candidate would have strong corporate portfolio management experience, would have the ability to independently handle regular debt transactions (bilateral and syndicated) from start to finish, negotiate legal documentation when and where required, have good credit proposal writing skills with a thorough understanding of credit.
14.	Chief Manager / Manager / Analyst – Investment Banking	Mumbai / other locations	Banking	MBAs / CAs with 3-8 years relevant experience. The incumbent shall be a part of the core team for origination & execution of M&A advisory and Private Equity syndication transactions. The core team is responsible for managing the transaction though the entire deal process from ideation till closure. The core team shall co-ordinate with relationship client bankers in India and international offices, syndication team and the structuring / legal groups to achieve the Bank’s objectives.
